Born and raised in Harlem, NY, I have always been interested in baking. When it comes to family events, my contribution is always dessert. It's a hobby that I enjoy, and it's gradually turning into a passion. With the onset of a worldwide pandemic, national lockdowns, and much more time on my hands, I started watching baking shows like Zumbo's Just Desserts. That's when my interest sparked, pushing me to try creating higher-quality desserts. Prior to the pandemic, I began becoming more conscious and cautious about nutrition. Now, as a baker, I've decided that everything I create will be made from scratch as much as possible. The sense of satisfaction I experience when I gaze upon my finished creations is unparalleled.
